They have been servicing our port-a-John for almost 6 months now, and they are still as good taking care of it now as when they first set it.Highly recommend them!!!
I appreciate what this company did to walk me through the process of getting a new aerobic system. Dinah and Erin were great to work with.I especially appreciated the great installation work done by Greg, Seth, and Justin (aka Huggy).

8-16-23 My husband called them and they wouldn't come out until my husband gave them a credit card! That was a red flag to me, I have been in business for years and if you are a reputable company you don't do that!! Our septic alarm was going off, the guy that came out said he hadn't been with the company long and was on the phone with his supervisor. He then said we needed a new control box and it would cost $455. He installed the box and told us he had tested everything and it all... worked.Total cost $693. After he left we noticed wires hanging outside the box. I called and was told that we had to hire an electrician to take care of that problem. That is absolutely not true!! 9-14-23 The system was making a gurgling sound and wouldn't stop. My husband called another company and they came right out. The tank was full and was about to back up into our house. They found the problem and the control box was wired wrong!! These people fixed the problem and only charged $175 service call and didn't even require a credit card # up front!!!read more

JT Septic did a great job. They admitted when they didn’t get something right, and come right out and fixed it. They are fair and have gone above and beyond making sure everything is correct. Excellent customer service and follow up!
So glad we went with JT Septic for our aerobic septic system install! They called whenever they had a question about what we wanted during the install and we’re so professional and kind with their advice. We even had a trench that we needed to backfill but hadn’t been able to do it yet and they did it for us while they were there! We also had a storm shelter installed by their company during the septic install and it’s fantastic! Would definitely recommend them!
We rented a Port-A-John for our construction site. JT Septic answered the phone promptly and got our port a John out to the site on the same day.Let me tell you, this is the cleanest, possibly newest, fully stocked and smelling good toilet we’ve ever rented. It had an air freshener in the urinal, hand sanitizer that was full and installed correctly, and nice toilet paper! They put it right where we asked under a nice shade tree to keep it cool. Will definitely call them for our future needs!
I would trust this company to do quality work that you can count on to stand the test of time!All personnel I spoke to were professional and seemed to care. The quote I received was reasonable and fair. The quickness that they can get the job done was very timely as well. Also, big shout out to their soil/perc tester- Tim Fletcher! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
