When the DEQ ask you to work Saturday to keep a system that was bootlegged in and is in violation of the law and out of legal action, you do it!
Yes, we got the call this past week of a serious situation on a septic system installed without meeting DEQ requirements or to be honest, installed correctly where the homeowner and neighbors are protected. This involved us installing a completely new aerobic system on a Saturday with almost no notice! This is not the first time we have been contracted to fix a mess created by another (likely much cheaper) septic system installer. Homeowners often don’t understand that with septic systems, you truly get what you pay for. If it is really cheap, you are getting really cheap equipment, installation or both!
We are very proud of our team in rallying to fix this situation and making themselves available on Saturday. We also want to thank DEQ for recognizing that we can do this work correctly and contacting us about the repair/install. And of course, we want to say a HUGE thanks to Talan for bringing us our tank all the way from Drumright on Saturday!
