Get to know the faces and personalities that make JT Septic the best in the business!
Michael Appleby, Certified Installer/Operations Manager - “Appleby” is a 3-year veteran, who is also a Veteran. He started as a Laborer and quickly moved up through the ranks to Installer and is now our Septic Division Manager and Operations Manager. He has also obtained his Class A CDL since joining our team. Appleby is known around the office for his quick wit - ask him and he’ll tell you he gets all the hard jobs! But that’s only because of his eagerness to learn and advance, which we know will contribute greatly to a bright future here at JT Septic.
Bill Resh, Delivery Driver - We are a family business, and here is the proof. Bill is our Service Technician and also Devin’s father-in-law. Bill is a very quick learner and an extremely loyal team member. His many talents include: President of a Motorcycle Ministry Club, a licensed realtor, a father, husband, and a Grandpa. Bill has brought excellence to our team of exceptional people.
Tim Gramly, Outbound Customer Service - Tim started out learning the Service Technician role, but his abilities to work well with the public brought him into the office. He spends much of his day on the phone assisting customers with the projects they need done at their homes or offices.
Greg Moore, Outside Supervisor - Greg has been with JT Septic for three years now. He started as an Operator and is now an Outside Supervisor. Greg drives over an hour to bring his talent to our team - for which we are incredibly grateful. His role as an Outside Supervisor means he is responsible for making sure all our techs have what they need on a day-to-day basis, and he excels in managing our team. When he’s not with us, you’ll find Greg out on the lake enjoying his boat!
Michael Lewis, Lead Service Technician - “Lewis” has been with JT as a Lead Service Technician for almost two years now. He has shown great potential as a service technician and as a leader and we’re grateful to have him. His willingness to learn and his always-evolving talent for troubleshooting is great. He consistently receives high marks for his knowledge, ability to convey that information, and his polite interaction with our customers.
Chris Petty, Pump Truck Operator - Chris is a recent transplant to Oklahoma whose previous experience in propane delivery is translating well to septic pumping. Chris likes to spend his free time with his wife and kids exploring their new state. He is finding his niche with the JT Septic family where he has proven to be a fine team player, and we hope to have this big teddy bear around for years to come.
Devin Ellis, Service Technician - Devin started out as an Installation Technician and has advanced to Field Service Technician status. He knows how systems work as they go in the ground and as they function over time. He can handle the electrical side of his work as well as the plumbing. He is dependable and pleasant to work with. His nickname cannot be repeated in polite company! Just call him Ricky if you run into him!
Justin Rhodes, Installer - Justin, aka "JR" or "Huggies", is one of our younger ones as the nicknames might imply! Huggies has been with JT for two and a half years, and his growth is nothing less than remarkable. He started out as a Laborer and is now an Installer and trains new hires. He loves to work on his Jeep during his free time and… just a note: Huggies is single, ladies!
Seth Sumter, Installer Technician - Seth is a new member of the team here at JT Septic Co. As an Installer he is not just in at the ground level, he’s actually often below ground level when installing pipe and conduit. His co-workers say he is a good worker and fun to be around. He drives a work truck to and from work; not everybody’s daily ride is an F350!
Trey Dunlap, Sales - Trey is experienced in sales, does all of our on-site evaluations, understands system design, and interfaces well with our public. He is from the area and knows and loves the community as much as we do. We see Trey as an indispensable member of our team, and he plugs the holes with ease while displaying a cooperative spirit. We are grateful to have him!
Jae Chastain, Office Assistant - Jae has been on the team here now for a year. She was hired as an Office Assistant. She has already shown so much potential as she daily adds to her knowledge base and assists customers with their project needs. Jae is busy keeping our social media current and attractive. We’re excited to watch her grow in her role here at JT Septic.
Dinah Thomas, Septic Service & Pumping Coordinator - Dinah has been with us for two years and came to us all the way from California (we don’t hold that against her.) She’s crafty and is always doing some DIY job. Dinah is a demonstrated asset to our company because she researches needed data and absorbs information quickly and in great volume. We know she’s got a bright future ahead, evident in her great interaction with clients!
Charlotte Teehee, Accounting Controller - Charlotte keeps us all in line and makes sure all of our bills are paid. Charlotte is also known as Mom to Jason - she’s been with him from the beginning (literally!), not only in life but also since he has started the company. She is also known as Memaw to DJ and loves hauling her to rodeos.
Delia Birdsong, Office Helper - Delia is our cheap labor! She is the daughter of owners Jason and Erin Birdsong. She helps out every chance she gets by filing and assisting with other office chores. Delia, also known as DJ, is sixteen years old and loves anything and everything relating to horses. She thinks she’s already the boss, and the guys are already scared of her taking over the business!
Beth Wilson - Beth is that informed voice on the phones our customers appreciate for her warmth, personality, candor, and helpfulness. She handles many tasks around the office, has a winsome smile, and is good at channeling our customers to the right person to move their projects forward. If you need a piece of refreshed furniture for your home, see Beth. And if you want a short conversation, don’t ask her about her boys!
Aubrey Hayden - If it is part of our fleet and rolls up and down the road, Aubrey made sure it works properly and safely. His wide range of mechanical skills allows him to work on anything parked in the yard. He is rarely seen without black streaks on his hand and shirt, but just like you won’t trust a skinny cook, you don’t want a clean mechanic. Aubrey has a sparkle in his eye, is pleasant to talk with, and pulls none of his punches.
Charles Sumter - Charles has proven to be a fine add to our team. His range of useful involvement is wide. You may see him exit the shop yard in any one of a number of vehicles since he can be useful in multiple areas of our business. He is not above doing the least attractive task and does them without complaint. It is great to have this fine young man on our team!
