FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Our teams are qualified and certified to perform any and all septic repairs on both conventional and aerobic septic systems. The most common repair for conventional septic systems involves the lateral lines which can often be penetrated by tree roots or crushed by the weight of a vehicle. It’s also possible for lateral lines to deteriorate over time and require replacement. No matter the problem, we can take care of your septic repairs.

If you are experiencing sewage backup or pooling around your drain field, or your septic alarm is going off, please give us a call for emergency service.
If you have a 2 light system, yellow is for aeration which signifies that there is an air problem and you need to notify your maintenance provider during business hours. This is not an emergency concern but it needs to be dealt with promptly. The Red light is a high water indicator which means you need to stop using water immediately and contact your maintenance provider, even if it’s after hours. If you have a red light-only system, you still have both alarms but just one indicator bulb and should contact your maintenance provider to see which alarm has tripped.
Our schedule stays booked out for non-emergencies, however, we do leave some open slots available for emergencies, and we always are willing to come after business hours (additional fees may apply for after-hours service calls).
